i heard that a bowel cleanse will not only help me lose weight but make me feel better as well. i dont want to buy any fancy kits, and was wondering if theres a safe alternative, like foods or over the counter drugs???Bowel Cleansing???????????????
Over the counter Magnesium Sulphate. It's with the laxatives. It's a liquid with a nice lemon taste. Buy 2 bottles. Drink one before bed. If you feel that the first one didn't clean you out, drink the second one. The first one should do the trick. It's the stuff they have you drink before a colonoscopy. Very gentle.
