I just got my free trial of total cleanse in hopes of clearing up my ibs and maybe shedding a few pounds. I have a bowel movement once per day and am really self conscious about having one in public (public bathrooms). So is there any possibility of going more than once per day after taking total cleanse?Does Total Cleanse increase bowel movements?
Do not expect any laxative to help you with weight loss.
All laxatives are unpredictable in terms of timing defecation.
You might try prunes and/or apple juice as a safer and less costly alternative.
