How often do you have a bowel movement during a Collen cleansing process?

what colon cleanser are you using? Any good one, and you should be using the restroom after every meal more or less. In the past I used Dr. Natura colonix, and I went every morning like a robot. If not you're constipated.





Bowtrol is suppose to be another good colon cleanser .... less expensive too.





A regular healthy colon goes about 2 - 4 times a day ... so after your cleanse this should be the norm.
