I did the Salt Water Cleanse and i still haven't a bowel movement and it has been hour now. Did do something wrong? I used salt that didn't contain and iodize. I am bloat now and i don't what to do get rid this bloat.When are you supposed to have bowel movement on the Salt Water Cleanse?
You can't drink salt water! I would call your doctor and tell him what you have done.
