You can do this yourself without buying any products. There is a very good diet written by a doctor called The Liver Cleansing Diet but it it actually cleansing for the entire digestive system.
I've been doing this myself for ten years and every time I shed the excess weight in 8 weeks. There's no trick.
If you can eliminate red meat, animal fats, dairy and processed food for 8 weeks you will succeed. It is not calorie restricted either, this is not necessary since with this diet it is actually quite difficult to overdo it so long as you don't cheat. You can eat until you are full, there is no need to go hungry.
